    How did you get your start in engineering?

    After completing my Engineering in Electronics, I started my journey as a Tech support engineer in Aress software, Nasik.

    How did you start your journey at Neebal?

    I have been associated with Neebal since October 2021 and was introduced by Mr. Atul Dixit (Friend of PD) & Mr. Dhanraj Deshpande (TPO-Sapat college of Engineering).

    What would you say has been your greatest accomplishment?

    The various tasks that I have performed and other security measures that I have implemented, during the security threat period, because of which we were able to move out of that incident with a minimum impact on other projects, is my biggest achievement during my tenure till date in Neebal.

    What motivates you to go above and beyond at work?

    The work culture, facilities given by the management, HR policies, and authority of decision taking really motivate me every time.

    Who inspires you? Who are your role models or mentors?

    • I would like to mention two persons who are pillars of Neebal and no other than Vijay sir and Mr. Onkar Pradhan. 
    • I would like to mention another name, and that is my DevOps team member - Shubham Gaikwad.


    How do you deal with stress in life and at work?

    For me, personal and professional life are two different entities of your life, and I never mingle them. "Work is Worship.

    What advice would you give someone that is just starting out?

    Don't limit yourself or restrict yourself, grab the knowledge from everywhere. Knowledge is the key to success.

    I love all the songs sung by Sunidhi Chauhan & Atif Aslam.

    What’s the best book you’ve read this year?

    I have read all the spiritual books by now. Recently, I have just completed "Power of Now" by Eckhart Tolle, which is the best book I've read this year.

    Your all-time favorite series/movie?

    I'm sorry, but believe me, I have not seen any series or movie in the last 2 years, and I am least interested in watching movies.

    How do you relate your responsibilities to Neebal’s goals?

    I am handling IT, DevOps, and RPA teams, and according to me, all these teams are Neebal's backbone. Even though these are non-billable teams, it's essential to have highly skilled and dedicated internal teams to achieve success outside Neebal.

    My core responsibility is to provide complete technical support to Neebal stakeholders so that they can deal with clients efficiently and effectively.

    What is your relationship with your team and how do they affect your work? OR How important is being a part of a team?

    My all teams - IT, DevOps, and RPA - are truly enthusiastic and dedicated to their work. It always gives me motivation to work more and better every day.

    What do you like most about working at Neebal?

    What I like most about working at Neebal is the work culture and leadership quality of the CEO.
