    Being Curious:

Prashant having no prior knowledge or experience, has shown immense zeal to research and learn the logic to implement the changes proposed in the given project. There were scenarios where handling of certain complications were not documented. However, he worked on identifying them and proposing the changes accordingly which helped the project delivery.

    Customer Centricity:

Prashant solved scenarios which were not known to the customer but needed handling because of the multiple role and functional changes that affects the workflow component.

    Accountability:

Prashant always takes the responsibility for tasks to ensure they are completed within the estimated time and also ensures that the sprint goals are met as well. He also coordinates well with his peers to solve problems as a team.

    Perseverance:

Prashant closely worked on database and slowness related issues off business hours to ensure we are meeting customer UAT dates. There were multiple challenges and scenarios to be identified with the current codebase to ensure we are handling both issues which we addressed appropriately.

    Stewardship:

With continuous feedback with past implementations, Prashant has been applying them in his new projects to ensure scripts are maintained on GIT and so on to ensure we are following the right coding practises.
