How did you get your start in <engineering/sales/programming>

After pursuing B.Tech in computers, I started working as a software developer within a month. I always wanted to be a Techie.

What would you say has been your greatest accomplishment?

I was working on a project in which there were a total of 11 different CRM for different business verticals. We consolidated, migrated, and created a plug-n-play Central CRM for all verticals and enhanced various features within the given deadline.

What motivates you? OR What motivates you to go above and beyond at work?

Client satisfaction and motivation from the team.

Who inspires you? Who are your role models or mentors?

My mentors in Neebal are Onkar Pradhan and Mohit Singhal.

What are the activities/value systems that made you achieve this great milestone?

In the last year, we delivered back-back 10 projects including microservices in Java, .Net projects, and Node projects as well.

How do you deal with stress in life and at work?

I believe stress takes over our minds when there is a lack of time management and doubts in self-credibility. If you are confident enough to pull things off there is no room for stress in life or at work.

What advice would you give someone that is just starting out?

My advice to all juniors who are starting their career would be to be self-sufficient, keen to learn, and always keep a client-first attitude.

    What is your guilty pleasure?

    Food and shopping.

What is one characteristic that you believe every <engineer/sales personnel/programmer> should possess?

    Ownership.

What is your relationship with your team and how do they affect your work? OR How important is being a part of a team?
