Neebal’s BCAPS Champ, Shreshtha Rajkotia, has always projected a great work ethic and is always keen to help her team members. Here is more about her journey at Neebal:

How did you get your start in <engineering/sales/programming>

I got my start through project management.

What would you say has been your greatest accomplishment?

I was assigned the first-ever digital marketing project in my prior company. Being new to the field with no guidance, I took it up as a challenge and successfully completed the project, and further helped set up an in-house digital marketing team while leading other digital projects as well.

What motivates you? OR What motivates you to go above and beyond at work?

I get motivated when my hard work and efforts are noticed and appreciated. It drives me to push myself and explore more to deliver better results.

Who inspires you? Who are your role models or mentors?

My mother inspires me the most. She is a perfectionist in any work she does and manages things very well, hence my management qualities certainly come from her. Apart from my mother, Sagar is a great mentor too. He has taught me not to cry over spilled milk but rather be attentive and take necessary action to ensure that the same mistake doesn't happen again.

What are the activities/value systems that made you achieve this great milestone?

Believing in myself, and the determination to continuously learn helped me achieve this milestone.

How do you deal with stress in life and at work?

Listening to music helps me calm down, or taking a quick nap to re-energise myself works too.

What advice would you give someone that is just starting out?

While the financial aspects of a job are important, skills help one sustain it. Be focused, write down your goals, and work hard on sharpening your skills to achieve them, and everything else will follow eventually.

    What is your guilty pleasure?

    Binge-watching and eating junk food.

What is one characteristic that you believe every <engineer/sales personnel/programmer> should possess?

Every project manager should maintain transparent communication between all the stakeholders and manage time efficiently.

What are the Pros of working at Neebal and how has your journey been so far?

Neebal gives opportunities to learn from people who are experts in their field, which is great for one’s professional and personal development.

What are the 3 most played songs in your playlist?

    O Sanam - Lucky Ali
    Deva Shree Ganesha - Agneepath
    Ladki - Jigar

What’s the best book you’ve read this year?

Didn't get a chance to read a book lately, but my all-time favorite authors are Agatha Christie, Sydney Sheldon, and Chetan Bhagat.

    Your all time favourite series/movie?

FRIENDS, Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, Sarabhai vs Sarabhai, All the best, Dhamal, Lucifer.

    What are your current goals?

To take a course for understanding basic cloud setup (aws/ azure), and be an efficient product manager.

How do you relate your responsibilities to Neebal’s goals?

Finding an efficient way to roll out all of Neebal's projects helps me align with the company’s goals.

What is your relationship with your team and how do they affect your work? OR How important is being a part of a team?

We maintain transparent communication within the team which results in smooth deliveries. Along with work expectations and professional rapport, I would like to be friendly with the team. They can reach out to me at any time with any concerns and I will ensure it's resolved.

What do you like most about working at Neebal?

    • You can reach out to anyone at any time.
    • If you have any queries, connect with the right person and it will be resolved right away.
    • No office politics.
