Our July 2020 BCAPS Star Avnish Yadav shared his views with us in our latest blog post. Avnish has been a big part of our tech team as a Business Analyst. He has proven his capabilities time and again and has also showcased his leadership skills by taking multiple initiatives.

In the blog post, Avnish discusses his thoughts and shares his professional journey at Neebal Technologies.

How did you start your journey at Neebal?

I started my journey at Neebal as a Business Analyst. 

What would you say has been your greatest accomplishment?

My greatest accomplishment is making our customers believe in Neebal and the solutions we provide for their ever changing needs.

What motivates you?

My team keeps me motivated to go above and beyond at work.

Who are your role models or mentors?

Dhvani and Clinton inspire me. The way Dhvani focuses on detailing and requirements, it inspires me to stay focused and keep on working constantly. When I look at Clinton, and the way he manages the team inspires me to learn management in a similar way and keep the show going on. 

What are the activities/value systems that made you achieve this significant milestone?

The value system which I follow is to deliver quality work and refrain from anything which is not upto the mark. I also believe that this perseverance has helped me achieve this milestone.

How do you deal with stress in life and at work?

I deal with stress in life by trying to learn new things. The enthusiasm to learn new things helps me relieve the stress. At work, I take small breaks and re-plan the activities.

What advice would you give someone that is just starting out?

Plan all the things and make a note of all the activities to be done on a day to day basis.

What has your experience at Neebal been like so far?

The experience so far has been great, I have learnt a lot of new things at Neebal which has changed my thought process and has shaped me as a better individual.

What are your current goals?

My current goal is to be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

How do you relate your responsibilities to Neebal’s goals?

As an individual I believe in always delivering the best. I see the same belief in Neebal's goals.

What is your relationship with your team and how do they affect your work?

Being part of a team is very important as the team members can give valuable inputs to improve and get better every day.

What do you like most about working at Neebal?

I like the connection people have at Neebal, it feels like a close knit family.
