How did you start your journey at Neebal?

I came across Neebal’s job opening and applied for the post. I had my first round of interview in two days and after completing two more rounds, I got my offer letter and have been a part of the team since December 2019.

Who inspires you? Who are your role models or mentors?

I’m inspired by everyone I meet and there are a few people at Neebal that inspire me immensely.

  • Vijay sir inspires me to be organized and to handle many things at the same time. I always take inspiration from him in being a perfectionist (which I am learning to be).

  • Saumil has taught me how to get things done from people without being dominant.

  • Nehal has taught me the importance of having patience and how effective it is in achieving what we set out for. He always invests time to ensure that the team doesn’t have any doubt about the topic of discussion.

  • Dhvani has introduced me to a plethora of techniques to learn new things.

What are the attributes that helped you become a BCAPS Star?

I have five rules that I believe in and I think they help me do my job the best I can

  • Always giving 100% to whatever I do (not only at work but anything in life)

  • Being accountable for things I’m responsible for

  • Being eager to learn new things

  • Taking feedback positively and constantly improving myself

  • Not hesitating to ask for help

What is one characteristic that you believe every sales personnel should possess?

I think every person in a team requires perseverance and resilience. Every job has difficulties to overcome but I believe setting goals to achieve keeps people going.

How do you deal with stress in life and at work?

Journaling helps me handle stress - it helps me analyse and introspect situations and get the best positive outcome. Also, I’m a people’s person and love talking to people, 80% of my stress goes away by talking to my close friends and family.

What advice would you give someone that is just starting -out?

I think any person that is starting out should focus on giving 100% to everything they do and be eager to learn new things.

What’s the best book you’ve read this year?

I’ve lately been curious about how our subconscious mind works and really enjoyed reading The Power of your Subconscious Mind by Joseph Murphy.

How do you relate your responsibilities to Neebal’s goals?

As a business analyst in Neebal’s sales team, I’m exposed to clients regularly and it enables me to understand the client requirements and helps me produce documentation involved in closing deals and increasing Neebal’s revenue.

What has your experience at Neebal been like so far?

Neebal has provided me an exponential learning curve. I have learned a lot of new things in the last seven months. The appreciation and a sense of being trusted helps me continue to be motivated.
