 How did you start your journey at Neebal?

I started as a trainee software engineer in Neebal. I've been in the technology world for almost 2 years, focusing on backend application development since the onset of my career. 

I have been involved in all aspects of application development including day-to-day discussions, R&D, implementations, testing, deployment, application, go-live support, etc. Currently, I'm working as an associate software engineer at Neebal. 

How do you deal with stress in life and at work?

While there is no real growth without hard work, stress is a part and parcel of life. So I try to focus on the task at hand when I am stressed at work. In life, I think about what is in my control and start there. One step at a time is how I deal with stress. 

Please share the pros of working with Neebal and your journey so far

The biggest pro for me is that I got the opportunity to learn so much in such a short time. I have also been fortunate enough to work on projects where I explored new areas of technology, along with the best teammates to work with and mentor me. 

Your all time favourite series/movie?

Naruto.

How do you relate your responsibilities to Neebal’s goals?

I try to find the best implementation approaches with my team while working to provide the best possible solution for our clients. Exploring technologies, and R&D comes with the territory, which also adds to my personal growth as a developer. 

What is your relationship with your team and how do they affect your work? OR How important is being a part of a team?

My team motivates me to do better every day. We work in sync, ensuring everyone on the team is on the same page. Any blocker from a teammate is discussed openly and each of us shares our thoughts on the possible approach, resulting in the best possible solution being implemented in less time. Being a part of the team is very essential for stress-free work, devising the best possible solution development, and exploring new perspectives. The atmosphere in my team is always positive. 

What do you like most about working at Neebal?

I have learned so much in such a short time. I've also been fortunate enough to work on projects where I explored new areas of technology.
