Neebal’s April 2022 BCAPS Star, Manoj Pawar, has always projected a great work ethic and is always keen to help team members. Here is more about his qualities on the BCAPS parameters:   

Being Curious-

Manoj is in essence a brand ambassador of Neebal’s RPA (Robotic Process Automation) capabilities. He proactively approached various seniors to work on RPA projects. He has always been focused and curious to learn more about automation and python tasks for the team and has executed all of them flawlessly. Due to his diverse technology experience and curiosity, Manoj is the go-to person for various RPA implementations. 

Customer Centricity-

There was a complex automation task for dataflow customers and it was crucial for the automation to go live. Manoj managed to fix all the complex scenarios with the team and delivered the flawless bot within time. He optimized resource utilization time by 50% and significantly reduced manual efforts. 

Accountability-

Manoj has managed multiple tasks with the team. He promptly shares updates with the project owners regularly to keep them posted on the progress and highlights blockers immediately to avoid timeline delays. With his guidance, the team has been able to solve issues quickly and move to the next task. His team delivered many projects within the estimated time. Manoj used to sit with the team for hours to resolve hurdles. He himself is a bot who is performing the role of SDO and technical architect simultaneously and saves a minimum of 2-3 hours of daily SDO work. 

Perseverance-

Manoj has coordinated and helped the team resolve multiple issues and has never given up on any task. With his vast experience in web and integration, he tried multiple solutions with the team and produced quality output within the estimated time. Manoj has always managed multiple solutions to any problem. For a huge fertilizer client, Manoj was trying to set up a reusable base pipeline for some data sources. He failed many times due to changes in requirements and technical issues but he came up with the perfect solution and delivered the reusable pipelines. 

Stewardship-

Manoj helped his team with the proper documentation of RPA use cases and guided the team to resolve future issues. Under his guidance, the team delivered many RPA tech sessions. Manoj has trained his team to learn python & RPA-related scripts and implement various RPA solutions for multiple projects. Manoj always shares his past project experience in order to provide quality output. 

Manoj shared his motivation, interests, and more in an interview we recently conducted with him. This is what he had to say after becoming the BCAPS Star- 

How did you start your journey at Neebal?

I started as a fresher in Sep-2014 and got the opportunity to start my journey at Neebal through campus placement. The continuous help and guidance from the  seniors has enabled me to grow.

What would you say has been your greatest accomplishment?

The best is yet to come.

What motivates you? OR What motivates you to go above and beyond at work?

  • Company's faith in me.
  • Interactive work and complex problems.
  • A good team.
  • Timely compensation and appreciation.

Who inspires you? Who are your role models or mentors?

I have had a chance to work closely with our great trio – CTO, COO, and CEO. They inspired me to take charge and make strong decisions.

What are the activities/value systems that made you achieve this great milestone?

Guidance of the CEO as well as continuous team efforts.

How do you deal with stress in life and at work?

Everyone faces personal and professional stress and has their own way of dealing with it. My way of dealing with it is spending quality time with my 15-month-old daughter.

What is the biggest challenge facing <engineers/sales personnel/programmers> today?

Managing time and handling stress are the biggest challenges.

What advice would you give someone that is just starting out?

Self-confidence is the key. Work like you are working in your own company.

What is one characteristic that you believe every <engineer/sales personnel/programmer> should possess?

  1. Responsibility.
  2. Treat the company as your own.

How do you relate your responsibilities to Neebal’s goals?

We are working in one of the key departments of Neebal wherein our goal is to enhance RPA to automate/digitize the manual processes.

What is your relationship with your team and how do they affect your work? OR How important is being a part of a team?

All the team members are like part of a family. Without team efforts, you can't succeed.
