How did you start your journey at Neebal?
Starting as an Associate Quality Analyst and moving into Quality Analyst, I had the opportunity to learn a lot from my coworkers. I have been able to grow both professionally and personally. I enjoy working here because of the amazing work culture and friendly staff. My two-year journey of working for this company has given me more knowledge and exposure. Overall, I would say that Neebal has made me more confident, helped me to grow and learn with ease, and believed in my skills.

How do you deal with stress in life and at work?
I stay motivated by thinking about the end result. Reminding myself of my goals helps me take a step back and stay positive.

Please share the pros of working with Neebal and your journey so far.
The past 2 years have been the most significant for me in terms of my growth and transformation in this organization. When I joined, people told me that values were important, but I didn't hear them as much as I do now. I have been part of the creative process and seen what motivates us as a collaborative team.

What is your all-time favorite movie/series?
I don't have one favorite, but I tend to like Money Heist.

How do you relate your responsibilities to Neebal’s goals?
I work to provide my company with strong technical quality analyst skills. I also use my research skills to conduct regular competitive research to determine ways we can improve.

What is your relationship with your team, and how do they affect your work, or how important is being a part of a team?
I appreciate team members who care about each other and check if anybody needs help. We have a friendly bond within our team.

What do you like most about working at Neebal?
I like the flexibility of my working hours, company culture, personal development, and growth.
