How did you start your journey at Neebal?
I started my journey at Neebal 2 years back as an Associate Quality Analyst.
What would you say has been your greatest accomplishment?
The best is yet to come.
What motivates you? OR What motivates you to go above and beyond at work?
It's the hope and possibility of learning new things every day. I work in the software industry which is indeed an interesting field, but sometimes I face unexpected challenges that are beyond comprehension, and that is what motivates me.
Who inspires you? Who are your role models or mentors?
I love cricket, and as such two players are my role models- Sachin Tendulkar and Virat Kohli, mainly because of their dedication and loyalty to the game they are playing/played.
In regards to my professional life, everyone on the team is my mentor as they encourage me to perform my best every day.
How do you deal with stress in life and at work?
Everyone faces personal and professional stress and has their own way of dealing with it. My way of dealing with it is spending quality time with my 7-month-old daughter.
What is the biggest challenge facing <engineers/sales personnel/programmers> today?
I feel time management is the biggest challenge everyone is facing currently.
What is one characteristic that you believe every <engineer/sales personnel/programmer> should possess?
Passion and dedication towards what they are doing.
Please share the pros of working with Neebal and your journey so far.
I've completed 2 years with Neebal so far, and during this time what I realized is you don't need to see someone everyday to make a good bond. That's what Neebal has achieved and still is.
What are the 3 most played songs in your playlist?
I prefer to listen to Marathi and Hindi songs. Some of them are-
- Man Mandira (Katyaar Kaljaat Ghusali)
- Kun Faya Kun (Rockstar)
- Tera Yaar Hu Main
Your all-time favourite series/movie?
I love watching movies and web series and picking one from them is surely difficult. But yes if I have to put a finger on it, I’ll choose the Japanese Anime series named "Dragon Ball Z".
How do you relate your responsibilities to Neebal’s goals?
Honestly, we don't need to chase down the goals, because I feel that if we're working sincerely and giving 100% of what we've got then we can easily achieve our goals.
What is your relationship with your team and how do they affect your work? OR How important is being a part of a team?
The team I am working with currently is by far the best I have ever worked with in my overall professional experience. It's a pleasure to work alongside such a great team and managers too.
What do you like most about working at Neebal?
Neebal provides us with the correct work-life balance.
What's your proudest professional accomplishment?
Getting nominated for the BCAPS for the first time and winning it is my proudest achievement so far.
