How did you start your journey at Neebal?

I started my journey at Neebal with an internship, which was a great opportunity to learn and gain experience in the software development industry. During my time as an intern, I had the chance to work on various projects and technologies, which helped me to expand my skill set and gain valuable knowledge. It was a great start to my career at Neebal.

What would you say has been your greatest accomplishment?

When it comes to my greatest accomplishment, I believe that becoming an engineer and working as a software engineer in an IT company has been my biggest achievement so far. It has been a fulfilling journey, and I have learned a lot along the way.

Who inspires you? Who are your role models or mentors?

My primary inspiration comes from my parents, who have always worked hard to provide for our family. Secondly, I am inspired by the senior colleagues at Neebal Technologies, who are always pushing themselves to do better and achieve more. I consider them as my role models and mentors.

What are the activities/value systems that made you achieve this great milestone?

To achieve my goals, I have always believed in teamwork and the power of collective efforts. At Neebal, we work together to overcome challenges and achieve our objectives. This team-oriented approach has been a significant factor in my success so far.

How do you deal with stress in life and at work?

Stress is an inevitable part of life, and it can also be present at work. Whenever I feel stressed, I try to face it head-on by diving into the work and continuing to work hard. This helps me to stay focused and productive, even when I am under pressure.

What advice would you give someone that is just starting out?

For someone just starting out, I would advise them to focus on learning new technologies and gaining experience. In the software development industry, technology is constantly evolving, and it is essential to stay updated with the latest trends and developments.

Working at Neebal has been a fantastic experience for me. I have had the opportunity to work with inspirational colleagues, learn and grow by solving challenges faced at work, and work on different technologies. My journey at Neebal, from an intern engineer to a Senior software engineer, has been very fulfilling.

Your all-time favorite series/movie?

When it comes to my all-time favorite series/movie, I have several. Some of my favorites include The Family Man, State of Siege, Avengers (all parts), and 3 Idiots.

How do you relate your responsibilities to Neebal’s goals?

As an employee at Neebal, I understand that my responsibilities are directly related to the company's goals. Therefore, I always try to align my work with the company's objectives and do my best to contribute towards achieving those goals.

What is your relationship with your team and how do they affect your work? OR How important is being a part of a team?

Being a part of a team is essential, and my relationship with my team is like that of good friends studying in the same class. We share our experiences and knowledge to help each other grow and achieve our goals. The importance of being part of a team cannot be overstated.
