For what projects/services did your company hire Neebal Technologies Pvt Ltd?
I hired them to build my B2C crypto trading platform and integration with blockchain to allow transfer of multiple cryptocurrencies.
What were your goals for this project?
My key goals were 1. Timely launch 2. Support for high volume of transactions 3. Production ready code without any security loopholes
How did you select Neebal Technologies?
I saw that Neebal had won the Deloitte Tech Fast 50 growing company award and it was a good validation of their credentials. They showed me the work they do for banking and pharma customers that made me comfortable with their skills to handle my project.
Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.
My project had a web and mobile frontend to support user onboarding, KYC, trading module, deposits/withdrawals of cryptocurrency, trade history management etc. Neebal was responsible for turn-key delivery of all the modules including integration with BTC, ETH, XRP, BCH, LTC, XLM, TRX blockchain networks.
What was the team composition?
Their team had partial allocation of 1 Solution Architect, 2 - UI/UX team members and 1 Project Manager. It also had fulltime team members including 1- Technical architect, 5 - tech team members, 2- quality analysts, 1 DevOps engineer, 1 Business Analyst.
Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?
We have 10,000+ registered users now with 100+ daily active traders and an overall volume of 200+ BTC. Our revenues have doubled in the past 2 months with a very stable platform.
How was project management arranged and how effective was it?
They had a very experienced project manager and my experience was very smooth throughout. I got regular and proactive updates of all planned deliverables, even when there were any foreseen delays or problems.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Neebal’s work culture is amazing. It felt like working with my own team members. They shared a strong passion to make my product successful. I like their attitude to challenge my thoughts and make me refine the product even beyond my own expectations.
Are there any areas for improvement?
They should hire more domain experts for each project to bring additional industry feedback into the project. This would help in solidifying initial requirements.
