We conducted a small interview to know more about Aditi's journey, but before that, let's see how she did on the BCAPS parameters according to his team-members. 

Being Curious:
Aditi is curious to resolve day to day application problems by developing small chunks of reusable code to eliminate any team member dependency

Customer Centricity:
Providing 100% quality build to save time for the QA team is always her focus. She aims to dev test her code thoroughly so that QA team can save their time in multiple QA iterations

Accountability:
She has capably managed entire project on her own in absence of other team members

Perseverance:
She has worked on Sonarqube fixes so that delivered code will be of better quality with maximum vulnerabilities fixed

Stewardship:
She is mentoring new members in the team and they have been fantastically successful under her stewardship and systematic management. Managing time availability by adjusting for one and other, detailed documentation for easy understanding and grooming freshers to think like a doctor and not a chemist.

How did you start your journey at Neebal?
I got selected in Neebal Technologies during campus drive held in our college. The journey started as trainee Software engineer

What motivates you? OR What motivates you to go above and beyond at work?
Appreciation of my work motivates me

Who inspires you? Who are your role models or mentors?
Shraddha Pednekar has inspired me a lot-the way she think about solution and approach, her patience when i was unable to understand something and her friendly nature

How do you deal with stress in life and at work?
Always think positive and talk to close friends and family helps me to handle stress

What is the biggest challenge facing <engineers/sales personnel/programmers> today?
To keep updating yourself with everchanging technologies

What has your experience at Neebal been like so far?
I have learnt so many new things as developer.

How do you relate your responsibilities to Neebal’s goals?
By learning new things and thinking about various possibilities in development

What is your relationship with your team and how do they affect your work? OR How important is being a part of a team?
We share a good relationship. It is really nice to work in team help each other. We discuss problems trying solve it. I am learning new things from my teammates

What do you like most about working at Neebal?
Everyone is helpful and appreciates your work . The working environment here is really good.
