Technology is shaping the future and constantly evolving. It is possibly one of the most challenging, inspiring, and dynamic industries in the world with tremendous employment opportunities (more than 4 million jobs in India). 

We at Neebal, have been avid advocates of guiding and helping brilliant young minds for a bright future in technology. Staying true to this cause, we sponsored the CSI-SPIT (Sardar Patel Institute of Technology) Hackathon 2021. This two-day event encouraged young and upcoming talent to solve real-world problems and learn from Neebal mentors. We received an overwhelming response with more than 200 participants from around the country.  

The Neebal CSI-SPIT Hackathon 2021 provided students with real-world problems from different domains such as Agritech, Healthtech, Banking & Financial services, FMCG, AI/ML, Hyper-automation, Blockchain, Advanced Mobility, and Education. We also ensured that students have the necessary guidance  through adequate mentorship from  our in-house experts. They tried to keep in touch with students throughout the Hackathon and help them with as many  problems as they could. 

We believe that problem solving is a necessary skill to prepare students for a job or internship, and knowing how to overcome challenges is a prerequisite for standing out. Team Kepler -452b won the Hackathon and emerged as winners owing to their passion for technology. The team members of the winning team were: Rajat Parab, Mahipal Purohit, Pritam Rao, and Neha Kale. They were followed by Team Confusion:  Bhavya Shah, Deep Nayak, Jash Jain, and Kashish Jain. The 3rd palace was secured by Team Codellion:  Khem Agarwal, Saurabh Katkar, and Aditya Khedekar. 

We extend our gratitude to the CSI-SPIT team and thank them for an exemplary and fulfilling experience. The event also helped our in-house mentors to display leadership qualities by going beyond their duties to help students in need. We look forward to being at the forefront of developing quality talent and helping the industry leaders of tomorrow.
