How did you get your start in engineering?

All of this started back in 2015 after my Bachelor's degree. We are three brothers, two of us were already software engineers. They pushed and supported me to complete my post-graduation (MCA) and gave me an understanding of how this career can open many gateways. As I was already dreaming of something different, this career showed me the exact path for that. After this, I moved towards my dream.

How did you start your journey at Neebal?

I joined Neebal Technologies as an Associate Software Engineer in 2021, and my journey started with new learning and development. From then till now, I am a part of it with a BCAPS Champ tag, and it's all really awesome.

What would you say has been your greatest accomplishment?

As someone from a middle-class background family, I supported my father in his business for 4-5 years during my bachelor's and PG preparations. It was a very hard time to manage both the business and prepare for my career and dreams mutually. But today, I have achieved what I want, and this is my greatest accomplishment.

What motivates you to go above and beyond at work?

Lines by my Father: "Ek Subah Chamakne Ke Lie Kai Andheri Raton Ko Jagna Padega."

Who inspires you? Who are your role models or mentors?

I was inspired by many different people, but mainly by my father. He taught me dedication, loyalty, forgiveness, hard work, and, with all of this, having time for his family. He always showed confidence in me and assisted me like a friend. He used to share his experiences and mistakes and supported me in all matters. Also, the positive environment of the team and Neebal inspires me to do well. Everyone is dedicated to their goals and achievements.
