In the blog post, Rizaan discusses his inspiration and career growth at Neebal Technologies, his journey, and most importantly his achievements and responsibilities that relate to Neebal's goals.

How did you start your journey at Neebal?

Neebal Technologies recruited me during the campus drive held in our college. The journey started with the vision of becoming a developer and the curiosity to learn new things.

What would you say has been your greatest accomplishment?

Working with Neebal for five years and contributing to the company goals has been my greatest accomplishment. Building the trust factor with the customer to provide solutions that meet their expectations and requirements. 

What motivates you?

The Neebal team. Everyone in the company is so dedicated to their work; the culture that the company follows motivates a lot. My mentors, the approach they take, the solutions they provide, drive me to be on the path of customer satisfaction, and the company's success.

Who inspires you? Who are your role models or mentors?

The positive environment of the company inspires me to do well. Everyone in the company is so dedicated to their work and the goals they want to achieve. The real mentors to me are the people who are working smart and doing the right things at the right time.

What has your experience at Neebal been like so far?

The experience has been great. Learning new things with each year passing by has been excellent. When I started, the first project gave me an idea about how to communicate with the customer. Being in support of continuous client communication made my communication skills stronger. Later on, working on the latest project engaging with the field team in the agriculture domain gave me an idea of how different the problems are on the field level and how to resolve the issues they face and providing the best solutions.

What are your current goals?

Continuous Learning to be better in the field and helping the company to achieve goals and also achieve success in whatever project I am aligned on.

How do you relate your responsibilities to Neebal's goals?

I am mostly responsible for working on the modules that meet customer requirements. While having the calls with the customer on the discussion for the new features, we give our suggestions and provide better solutions to the customer, which does relate to Neebal's goals.

What are the most important values that you look for in an organization?

What's the most significant risk you've ever taken?

To resolve customer problems at the earliest and make an impact on the customer the least. Also, update many clients at the same time for the many support tickets that were raised. We had 100 open tickets in OTRS, which my team and I brought down to below 5 in a month.
